    Because all of the possibilities are heterozygous, they would still contain the dominant feature. So 100% of the kids should have wavy hair.

    Transcription: Segments of DNA serve as templates to produce complementary RNA molecules.
    Protein Synthesis- tRNA is transferred out of the nucleus and into the cytoplasm. They go into the ribosomes and the codons are matched with anticodons. Amino acids are made and formed together to create proteins. This is part of the translation process.
    messenger RNA- the RNA molecules that carry copies of instructions.
    transfer RNA- transfers each amino acid to the ribosome as it is specified by the coded messages in mRNA.

    3.) How is DNA recombined? Recombining DNA can be done through ligation. Ligation is the process used to put together two ends of DNA that had been cut. Ligase is used in this process to put together the two sticky ends of DNA.

    4.) What is the value in creating transgenic organisms? Negatives? The values in creating transgenic organisms are many. For example you can make plants more rugged and acceptable to more environments or make vegetables create their own bug repellent. There are many more applications however there is one down side. We don’t know how these new organisms will affect the environment around them.
